Welcome to Dr. Lewinson’s house-call podiatry service.
We provide professional nail debridement (medical trimming of the nails) and debridement of most types of calluses for hospice and home-bound patients.
All visits are performed in the comfort of your home, with gentle, careful, one-on-one attention.
Our focus is solely on maintaining foot comfort and safety.
We do not diagnose foot problems or treat medical conditions of the foot, such as ulcers, injuries, infections, ongoing disease management, vascular and neurologic conditions, or diabetic foot management.
This is a medical service and is not a pedicure or cosmetic foot care.
No soaking, scrubbing, massage, or cosmetic nail treatments are performed.
How It Works

Visits are confirmed with secure online payment prior to the appointment. After payment, Dr. Lewinson or his staff will personally contact you, generally within 2 business days, to schedule the visit. - House-Call Care
Dr. Lewinson provides focused nail care and/or symptomatic callus care in a respectful, unhurried manner.
Consent Required Before Booking
By proceeding with scheduling or payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Practices and consent to receive appointment-related communications via text message, email, and voicemail.

Visit Fees
One bundled fee per visit, based on location(scroll down to find your location zone):
Cash Payment Option
Cash-paying patients receive a $10 courtesy discount on the visit fee.
Patients choosing to pay cash may reserve an appointment with a $40 reservation fee, which is credited toward the total visit cost at the time of service.
Reservation fees are non-refundable and are applied to administrative and travel costs.
Each fee above includes professional services and travel.

Zone 3 – Extended Distance ($275):
Tyler, Lindale

Appointment Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
House-call appointments require advance payment to reserve travel and scheduling time.
- Appointments rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may be moved to a new date without penalty. One courtesy reschedule is permitted. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee.
- Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance without rescheduling are subject to a $50 administrative fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 administrative fee, with the remaining balance refunded.
The administrative fee reflects time spent on scheduling, route planning, and reserved travel time.
